A few days ago some of new Gigabyte’s Mini-ITX motherboard pictures have leaked. Their new upcoming mini motherboard will be one of really powerful and good priced piece of hardware. New motherboard will pack a lot of features including Intel’s H55 Express chipset, USB 3.0 ports, four SATA ports, two dual-channel DDR3 memory slots and PCI Express x16 alot, PS/2 port, four USB 2.0 ports, a D-sub, DVI and HDMI port, Gigabit Ethernet and 7.1-channel audio with optical S/PDIF out and eSATA connector.

DFI is well known from his great industrial Mini-ITX motherboards. Last month they have released their new Mini-ITX form factor motherboard CP100-NRM. Their new mainboard is based on lastly popular Intel QM57 Express chipset.
DFI CP100-NRM is equipped with LGA 1156 CPU socket and is capable to use up to 8GB of memory (two DDR3 800/1066 So-DIMM slots). Moreover you will find such expansion slots as PCI Express & PCI. BACKPLANE Systems Technology have announced release of their new mini motherboard for Intel Core i7/i5 processors. New mini-itx motherboard will be powered by QM57 Express chipset that can support up to 8GB non-ECC DDR3 unbuffered memory (2 x 800 or 1066MHz).

Big Bruins blog have posted a review of Intel D510MO Mini-ITX motherboard. This mini motherboard is powered with 1.66GHz dual core Intel Atom processor and is fanless – cooled with heatsink. Sapphire have released a new IPC-AM3DD785G ITX motherboard with AMD socket AM3 stand. Their mini motherboard support DDR3 memory and AMD CPUs rated up to 65W TDP. This motherboard is in Mini-ITX small form factor – but it is not worse from most of “big” motherboard featuring dual DDR3 memory slots and a PCI-Express 16-lane expansion slot.

During the IDF conference Intel have presented a motherboard in mini-ITX form factor with support for the latest Intel Core i5 and i7 (and future Core i3) with Socket LGA 1156. Motherboard is based on Intel’s H57 chipset, and contains practically all that is necessary to create a small HTPC computer. On this mini motherboard that is sized 17 x 17 cm we can find two slots for DDR3 memory, PCI-Express x16 slot and four SATA 3.0 Gbps ports. On the rear panel there are six USB 2.0 connectors and one HDMI, DVI, RJ-45 and eSATA. This motherboard as most in Mini-ITX format will have integrated graphics chipset onboard.
