Everybody have heard than “big” DFI motherboards can easily be over clocked without stability looses. But what about so popular in last days Mini-ITX DFI P55 MI-T36? There were already some reviews of this motherboard in the web but it have not treated about overclocking as well. But it looks that we have an answer. Nebojsa Novakovic have tested this mini motherboard with Intel Xeon 3450 2.66GHz (default clock) and G.Skill ECO DDR3 memory able to run DDR3-1600 CL 7-8-7 at just 1.35V. To this little power house he have connected graphic card ATI HD 5870. What was the effect?

We have received an email from NORCO about their new Mini-ITX Case. It is called ITX-7 and it looks pretty nice. It have been build with 1mm SECC Steel. What is really great there are 60w 12v DC adapter + DC to ATX board included! It is fanless and noisless (unfortunately the case isn’t). Anyway this case is looking very nice thanks of sliding open front cover with changeable front panel picture! It may be really good choice for small HTPC to put next to your TV.

ProClockers have published a review of Coolermaster Elite 100 Mini-ITX computer case. It is great looking mini computer case ideal to use for HTPC system. It is small and elegant black case with nice big led blue power button. Moreover it is equipped with VESA mounting holes so it can be put in the back of your monitor or TV.

Asrock have presented their new mini motherboard powered by Intel® Atom 330 Dual Core processor. Motherboard is based on NVIDIA’s ION that can support Full HD media playback. A330ION is featuring dual channel DDR3 1066 memory support, 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot and Gigabit Ethernet.
What is so special in this mini motherboard? It is first motherboard with NVIDIA® MCP7A-ION chipset and DDR3 memory support! Other ION based constructions can support only DDR2. We will still have to wait for some benchmarks to get to know what this motherboard is really worth. But it is looking really promising!

During CES 2010 SilverStone has presented a prototype of their new SG07 Mini-ITX chassis. What is most interesting in it is that it can fit the 12.2″ (309mm) ATI Radeon 5970 card and a custom & single-rail 600w power supply. This chassis measure only 222mm x 190mm x 350mm. So it looks that it is really well designed.
ASUS have presented on CES 2010 their new Pine Trail based Mini-ITX motherboard. It is dedicated for nettops and have been called AT5NM10-I. It is powered by one of Intel’s new Atom D510 processors and supporting NM10 chipset.
This motherboard supports up to 4GB RAM (one channel and two slots). It is equipped with one PCI slot 6 channel audio, 10/100 Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports (and four via headers), D-Sub for display, serial and parallel ports, a PS/2 port and two SATA 3Gbps ports.
